As a talent management strategist with experience in with public, private and international non-profit sectors, I have been offering services at an international level in strategic roles that have helped organizations align their people potential with businesses. I have a keen interest in working for organizations that promote capacity building at both individual and institutional levels.

Talent Management - For over 15 years, as a generalist and consultant for recruitment strategies, conducting human resource audits, and introducing career support initiatives in line with organizational needs that has helped in creating high-performance teams.
Global Talent Search - Designed and implemented the full cycle of international recruitment covering over 50 countries for over 10 years. This also includes – human capital plans, reward and compensation, job evaluations, training policy and performance management.
Technology Solutions - While trained in Systems and Management, I have designed and managed technology-based solutions for HRIS, Executive Career Management, Psychometric Profiling, Workforce Analytics, and Job Placement and Career Guidance programs.
International Development - Have worked on consulting / contractual assignments with the government and non-government international agencies including United Nations Drug Control Program (UNDCP), Commonwealth of Learning (COL) and World Health Organization (WHO).
My professional qualifications include - Master's degree in Applied Psychology and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology (Honors) from University of Delhi; Training in Systems Management from NIIT Ltd., and a Strategic Talent Management Consultant certificate from the Institute for Personality and Ability Testing, Inc., IL, USA, with specialty training in Coaching High Potential Executives and Succession Planning.
